Arancha Valcarce is the founder of des/.

She began her career as an interior architect in the early 90´s in Madrid.

In 2012, already based in Paris, and inspired by both her skills as an interior designer and her strong taste for fabrics, Arancha decided to commit herself fully to the design of bespoke sofas and created des/ : a unique concept that combines a passion for traditional craftsmanship with a of personal customisation.

 

The evolution of various projects led her to consolidate the brand, in a second phase, as a specialist in made-to-measure upholstered furniture.
